FELICIA kIMBERLING
Founder
Felicia’s experience in the construction industry began at the tender age of 12 on an asphalt paving crew. She has worked with an Architect creating contract documents, a General Contactor supervising submittals and contracts, a Real Estate Developer managing design and construction teams, a Division 8 and 10 supplier from bidding to supply, a Glazing Subcontractor from bidding to installation both in the office and the field, a Glass Factory from the cutting of monolithic to finishing and tempering, and exclusively producing shop drawings for the last 10 years. Having been on all sides of the table she has a unique ability to assess a path to solutions that can be truly valuable during the construction process.
She lives in the Arkansas’ river valley with her husband, acquired male short human, and four four-legged canine companions. She has two manufactured daughters with amazing husbands, and some other randomly claimed humans.
You will likely hear those four-legged co-workers on the occasional conference call. Especially if the post man deigns to darken the door step.

Part-Time Drafter
Brooklynn is fairly new in the construction industry and has been producing shop drawings under Felicia’s supervision for a year. She is a fast learner, and highly competent drafter.
She lives in Northwest Arkansas with her very protective feline companion.
